Its mission is to offer financial services and products, as well as telecommunications’, focusing on the least privileged social groups, seeking to close the financial and digital gaps in the country. It has 1,700 branches all over Mexico.

You can get your card in different ways:
It doesn't matter if you are in Mexico or the United States, order it to your address at tarjetafinabien.com
If you are in Mexico at:
- FINABIEN branches (before known as Telecomm), find the nearest one.
If you are in the United States at:
- Mexican Consulates

You only need:
- Valid address in the US
- Valid official mexican or american ID: INE, Passport, driver's license, consular ID card

You only need:
- Valid INE or Passport
- Valid address in Mexico

Remember, you will receive a welcome email in 48 hours maximum, if you haven't received it you will not be able to log in. If you already received the email but you cannot access, please wait a few minutes and try again. If the error persists, call us at the number on the back of your card.

Please make sure you are trying to log in with the same email and password you used for registering.

You can change your password from the App, follow these steps:
1. In the log in screen select "Change user"
2. Enter your email and the last 4 digits of your mobile number
3. Go to "I forgot my passsword"
4. Confirm your email
5. Enter the verification code that will be sent through SMS
6. Create your new password (make sure it complies with the requirements) and press save.
Done! Your password has been changed.

Financiera para el Bienestar USA Card.

"The card has no cost, you only get a US$5.99 activation fee applicable if you ask for your card to be delivered at the address provided in the registration process. This fee does not apply if you got the card during a promotional event.

Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to request a card.

You will receive your card in a maximum of 10 business days, if time has already exceedes, pleas call us at the number on the back of your card.

Remember, your conctact in Mexico must have a mexican Financiera para el Bienestar card.
Follow these steps to send money:
1. Locate your card in the slider
2. Go to "Send money"
3. Then "To your contacts in Mexico"
4. Select the contact or add one, you can look for it in your contact agenda or add them manually
5. Select the country of your contact (Mexico) and add an alias
6. Enter the amount (you can calculate the exchange rate), concept and "Continue"
7. Confirm the information ans press "Send money"
Done, you can save or share the transaction receipt.

You can add money in two ways:
-From other Financiera para el Bienestar cards from Mexico (card in pesos) or the USA (card in dollars)
-By ACH transfers
-In cash in more than 100,000 merchants in the United States, find the nearest one entering your zipcode.
